"Performance Physique has helped my daughter find a love for athletics. She (reluctantly) decided to start athletics on a Tuesday purely because her school friends were going and she felt left out. She didn't find it easy to begin with and initially was very tearful. However, with the right amount of encouragement and gentle persuasion from the Performance Physique team she was soon giving it her all and looking forward to the next week. The sessions are fun, motivating and varied. Having competed in athletics as a child myself it's a real joy to see, not only my child but all the children in the session enjoying this sport.
