It’s Christmas Eve and I’m at my mother in-laws house having spent the morning trying out her awesome local gym and indulging on a delicious lunch!
2017 has been an eventful year and it has been full of successes, achievements and unfortunately difficult times. Having started the year the strongest I have ever been, I expected my training regime to continue to flourish.
Many of you may know I was given a fantastic opportunity to go and work for Mac-Nutrition whilst also running Performance Physique. This was an absolute dream come true and it’s been a fantastic year but I have learnt a key lesson for working with people and how to best understand the demands a person out of the sports sector battles to train and ‘fit’ in health & fitness!
I’ve been in the industry for 13 years and as a result have never struggled to fit in a training session but now it is hard. I can now better appreciate the difficulties of fighting a commute and getting home to eat with loved ones or choose to go to the gym when you haven’t seen them for most of the week.
This has led to me being the heaviest I have been in a long time and I am not happy about it! Therefore, throughout January I will be striving to train three times a week and then log my training sessions.
Ahead of each week I will release my training sessions to everyone who joins our mailing list FREE of charge and not only this but my goals WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE TO YOU GUYS!

Writing this, I am 101.5kg and running 5k in 28 minutes!
